I only tried doing the g sync and v sync 237 FPS cap in fortnite... even on my main maybe I should try other games like Overwatch/csgo but the flicker only happens 1-3 seconds after i tab back in to the game

ofcourse u should try other games too. Maybe its only fortnite problem.
