If your framerate sometimes drops below your FPS limit, in addition to the above, set Low Latency Mode to "On."
Low Latency Mode only reduces input lag when you're framerate is fluctuating and causing your GPU usage to max out.
As for PUBG being compatible with Low Latency Mode, if it is auto-capping the FPS with "Ultra," then the answer is probably yes. Either way, it's typically safe to leave "Low Latency Mode" to "On" globally for all games.
