If your framerate sometimes drops below your FPS limit, in addition to the above, set Low Latency Mode to "On."

Low Latency Mode only reduces input lag when you're framerate is fluctuating and causing your GPU usage to max out.

As for PUBG being compatible with Low Latency Mode, if it is auto-capping the FPS with "Ultra," then the answer is probably yes. Either way, it's typically safe to leave "Low Latency Mode" to "On" globally for all games.
Thanks a bunch. Now i know exactly what are the optimal settings for my rig 8-)

No problem @vins19 ;)

Something I notice is that if enabled vsync on the NPC and NULL (ultra) is the maximum 224 fps problem, if I disable vsync on the NPC it gets to its normal fps using ultra.

It is true that if I do not have vsync activated as controlled by the application even if I activate vsync in the game it is not really activated?

because I remember to disable it from the NPC and activate it in the game but there was no problem of fps limiter to 224, but activate vsync controlled by the application from the NPC and when I activate the vsync in the game there if the fps was limited to 224.

@Raiđen, if I'm understanding your last two messages correctly...

Nvidia recommends G-SYNC + NVCP V-SYNC + LLM Ultra for the auto-capping behavior. There is no guarantee the auto-cap will work with in-game V-SYNC, but it probably depends on the game.

As for NVCP V-SYNC "Use 3D application setting," that simply means Nvidia let's the game decide whether V-SYNC is on or off.

Either way, I'm confused by the context of your question, because with G-SYNC + V-SYNC + -3 FPS limit, I already recommended LLM "On" to you when using that combo.

Excellent thanks for your response, just wondering if activating vsync in the game and deactivating it completely in the Nvidea control panel, -3 fps and ultra activated, would be better. But as you are an expert in this I better do it as you say.

Says a saying who takes advice dies of old.

As @1000WATT stated, it would ultimately depend on the game, but 99% of the time, there is no input lag or performance difference between NVCP V-SYNC and in-game V-SYNC when paired with G-SYNC.

Ok i got a new problem when playing PUBG with 441.08 drivers and recommended settings (GSYNC + NVCP V-SYNC + -3 fps on RTSS + LLM "On"). Basically out of nothing my fps drop and get limited to 50 until i uncap fps on RTSS (by setting 0) and then 72 again. Then my fps go back to 72. Usually i notice this at the start of the match (pre-match or airplane) but im not sure if this doesn't happen when i first run the game or after an ALT+TAB, since in the lobby i have 60 fps limited -> should i unlock fps on the lobby too maybe to avoid this strange behavior? Maybe just disable LLM?

If you're already limiting the FPS with RTSS, yes, try removing the 60 FPS in-game limit for the lobby to see if it resolves that behavior. You typically don't want to stack FPS limiters, as they could interfere with each other.

The game's limiter is going to have lower input lag, but RTSS will be more stable. Try both, pick one, and then disable the other.
