Ghosting, problem in games, 144hz G sync

Hi! I have a problem with an LG 32GK850G-B monitor. I have it connected through display port with RTX 2080 and running it at 144 hz. On NVIDIA control panel i have g sync turned on and also v sync turned on. When scrolling through web pages i see some ghosting, images are not really sharp. I have also downloaded couple of games recently and even if I have 100+ fps in gears5, outer worlds or dishonored 2 the image seems blurry.

I'm not seeing anything weird in the second video. In the first video I see motion blur that is generated by the game.

Anyway, isn't this monitor using a VA panel? Some ghosting is to be expected with that, especially on darker colors. (Text for example is usually black and so will have some ghosting.)
