Low latency mode conclusion?
I have a 2080 ti,32 gb ram, i9 9900k. pretty powerful system. i play with g sync on and riva tuner capping my fps under my monitor hz by -3 so 117. because my monitor is 120hz. should i set low latency mode on,off,ultra?

Summary:
NULL (G-SYNC + V-SYNC + LLM Ultra) auto-caps the FPS, and in best cases, has similar input lag levels to RTSS. Downside is that you can't manually select the FPS limit, and it does not work in games that don't support the external manipulation of the pre-rendered frames queue or games running DX12 or Vulkan, currently.

When used with G-SYNC + V-SYNC, they both cap the FPS. So pick one; RTSS or NULL. NULL auto-caps to ~117 FPS at 120Hz I believe. If you want to use RTSS to limit FPS, use LLM "On" instead.
