Hello, is the lack of variable overdrive of G-Sync compatible monitor noticeable? Compared to G-Sync module?

It is noticeable in corner cases. Like a white object moving on top of a dark background. You will then see different amounts of ghosting or reverse ghosting that depends on the current FPS.
However, how noticeable it is depends on the panel. Very fast TN panels for example can look OK even with overdrive disabled. Many people actually do exactly that (if the monitor allows you to disable overdrive, that is.) With IPS or VA panels however, it will almost certainly be more noticeable and disabling overdrive is usually not an option (because if it was, these panels would have way more ghosting.)
So at the end of the day, you can't be sure until you try the monitor first. Review sites unfortunately do not seem to test VRR ghosting.

Oled is even faster than tn, so I would think the lack of overdrive isn't a big deal on the lg oleds that are gsync compatible.

You can't enable overdrive setting that is in monitor menu without g-sync module?
