desperation - new LCD for my Laptop - please help

okay, I'm sick of the problem. I am desperate to replace LCD in my laptop with a defect-free one (reverse ghosting is killing me).
I don't care if 120, 144, or 244hz I just want a defect-free model.
I have an Asus GX502GW laptop. Can anyone give me a compatible LCD (1920x1080) that fits my laptop? I can even try 4K model if its worth it.
