CPU: i7-9700K 5.0Ghz
Cooling: Cooler Master Seidon 240v
MB: z390
RAM: 16GB DDR4 RGB 3333MHz
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 240GB
GPU: RTX 2070 Super 8GB(NZXT G12/Kraken X52- AIO.Water Cooler)
PSU: CORSAIR HX750i 750W 80+ Platinum
CASE: Deepcool MATREXX 50 RGB

Monitor: LG 27GL850 27'' UltraGear™ Nano IPS 1ms Gaming Monitor with G-Sync® Compatibility

Have issues with FPS games. when i play on

Latency mod; ON
G-sync comp: full and windowed
Vsync:on or of
ref rate highest
Fps limit RTSS 138 or ingame

After those settings i still got kinda weird sluggish gaming experience ingame.
and feels lit a bit input laggy.

and without those settings fps is on 1080p 170-200 in warzone and on 2k is 130-140/ tested both but still feels terrible to me

Try turning Gsync and Vsync off and see how it feels.

yeah using RTSS to limit your fps for COD will make your game feel laggy. are u using borderless window to run cod?
for cod with gsync, run this-

NVCP-
gsync: on
vsync: off

nvidia profile inspector-
fps limit: 138

in-game settings:
vsync: ON
fps limit: unlimited
