With the new gsync native monitors, they can now be used with an AMD GPU to have VRR. But I dont know if the variable overdrive would also be activated.

Can all the features provided by the gsync module be used with an AMD GPU?

I got the same question, and even with a Nvidia GPU is Variable Overdrive only working when Gsync is enabled or always? if always then it does it's work even when you select your own OD setting?
And same about the AMD GPU if Variable Overdrive works with it does the Nvidia GPU have no useful benefits over it anymore with these new Gsync monitor?
