Z35P Brightness Flickering

My Acer Z35P has a serious brightness flicker issue. This is my second Z35P as I had the first replaced for the same issue. I have tried all I can think of to no avail. I'm sure there's a way to reduce the issue or properly diagnose it but I am coming up with no solutions. here are some samples of the issue:

Hopefully you guys can help me through this as it has ruined my experience in hardcore shooters like tarkov and hunt.
