Color shift in freesync will gsync help?

Hello, First post!
Bought a CGR5 samsung 144hz VA which has bad ghosting/color shift when freesyncs turned on. And wanted to know if i turn on gsync will it work better? I play usually on 60Hz which is fine.
by color shift i mean chromatic aberration+ghosting
