I don't see much if any difference under 30fps. Anyone else have the same experience? I have native G-Sync.

I suppose that when you get to 20 to 30fps that everything looks pretty ***p either way.

You won't "see" the difference as much as you will "feel" it with G-SYNC vs. standalone V-SYNC at that framerate/refresh rate.

The input lag with G-SYNC will be much lower than with standalone V-SYNC at that framerate/refresh rate, and since G-SYNC isn't a fixed refresh rate syncing solution, it won't cause sync-induced stutter/half-refresh lock like standalone V-SYNC can.

But yes, visually, 30 FPS, is 30 FPS, is 30 FPS.
