gsync back in stock --- 2014 may 24

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

Overlord Computer also has fully built GSYNC monitors they'd be willing to ship overseas, too.

Such a great upgrade. Getting rid of the eye fatigue alone was worth it!

Great to hear! What solved your eye fatigue?
-- The fluidity of high refresh rate
-- The GSYNC elimination of stutters/tearing
-- The ULMB elimination of motion blur

Nope. If you want to use the ULMB mode that gsync monitors have, it disables gsync and introduces flicker. Strobing will always have flicker.
Personally i think it isnt worth it. Not to mention when you disable gsync you get to play the lag/tearing/stutter game again.
