What frame rate are you running at about?

The hz of the screen transforms down to your frame rate. Even without G-sync, the mouse is pretty laggy on 60hz. If you're using g-sync and the frame rate drops to 30 fps, the screen is running at 30hz. But if you use no gsync, the mouse still has the same effective polling rate, even when the frame rate drops, in games that use hardware mouse support anway (witcher 2 and metro is an example of games that do not use hardware mouse support, and so the polling rate of the mouse will drop with the frame rate, even when you don't use gsync).

Sorry, I have no advice to solve this. Only either maintain a higher frame rate so that your effective mouse polling rate is better, or switch G-sync off
