Another glitch

Another glitch

I think this one involves having the screen in 120hz strobed, turning the monitor off, unplugging the monitor from the wall for a period of time, then turning it on again. This screen corruption occurs at the bios as well (not driver or OS related). It doesn't go until you unplug the monitors power supply from the wall again:

Also, I notice there were mild ghost tracers on black backgrounds...
