Hi all.
I want to tell you my story of replacing panel in XL2546.
I bought bricked monitor on Avito in Russla, it's domestic marketplace like eBay.
If I disassembled it, i seen that xl2546 have q250hta00.a000 panel, it's same as m250htn01.0. I searched what panel in xl2546K, and it have m250htn01.8. When I compared to it panel's on panelook, i see difference only in input lag. I bought panel from k version on taobao.
I wait for a month, and today i assembled my monitor and it work pretty well, but in service menu i see old panel q250hta00.a000 =)
Monitor price - 166$. Panel + shipping - 200$. In Russla, the price of a used monitor is about $500, new 750$. 1USD=60RUB
I think this information can be helpful for us. Good luck.

Thanks for posting this.

That's pretty neat you fixed a broken monitor with a DIY panel replacement from PanelLook.

This is not a very easy task for most, but it's not too different than replacing a cracked screen in a mobile device or laptop (something more people has done before). And there is a lot of generic monitor disassembly instructions on YouTube. Instructions that are (sorta) compatible with the majority of common 23-27" computer monitors.

Hello friends, how are you?
I hope everyone is well. I'm going to get an XL2546 from a relative of mine, but he had a problem where the screen goes white immediately or after a few minutes of turning it on. So I studied a little and noticed that the fault for this is not always related to the panel, but rather other internal components, but to analyze them I need an electrical diagram of the XL2546 model, and unfortunately I didn't find that anywhere.
I'm Brazilian and this type of repair in my country is rare to find. So I decided to fix the monitor on my own. Do you have any tips or help please? thank you all
