Are all mems projectors fixed scanrate?
Could you pipe an interlaced signal at 120hz to the MEMS projector to fix the issues?

No idea. I'm starting to give up on mems projectors the technology is awesome has great potential but the way it's implemented isn't good enough. the products were never really designed for gamers.
