Hi! I'm on a budget and I want to know if you guys have any suggestions to an overclockable monitor under 130$. Point me in the direction of the few IPS 1080 monitors but if those suck then just any monitor 1080 and above. Thank you!

Monitor prices pretty much start at $130 bucks, and finding one that can overclock and have IPS is going to be impossible.

And for overclocking are you talking about 60-75hz? because a lot of cheap monitors can do that just fine, but if your expecting a cheap 144hz+ you should be expecting to pay $210USD+

I think almost all cheap monitors can overclock to 75, some can even go to 80. It's simply were the manufacture has put the limit, if you go any higher they put a "Out of range" on the screen. There might be a chance that some manufacture might lock their panels at 60hz but i haven't seen it myself.

for example i know the cheap 60hz Benqs & Acers can get 75. (Hopefully they haven't patched it for their newer models or something stupid)

If you want that extra 5hz you might wanna search around for monitors that can go that high out of box because i have seen them around i just can't remember them of the top of my head.

Edit: Some panels are completely unlocked and will let you overclock till they start glitching out, like the ASUS PB278Q (A more expensive monitor) but there isn't any good source for find what monitor is unlocked completely so you will just have to search around.
