Acer XB272 240hz can't do custom 75hz custom resolution

Talk about overclocking displays at a higher refresh rate. This includes homebrew, 165Hz, QNIX, Catleap, Overlord Tempest, SEIKI displays, certain HDTVs, and other overclockable displays.

Ugh, that is no fun.

I wonder how overclockable the 75Hz monitors are. I've seen stranger things happen before (75Hz displays that overclocked to 100Hz+). Maybe try the VT1500 mode on them anyway?

Though Exercise: If only we could view a venn diagram of all possible custom-modified 75Hz timings where the exact same CRU settings worked on all 3 monitors... I wonder if there's any overlap! Probably a longshot (<10% chance)

Yep, as i replied to my thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3490&hilit=XB252Q as long as the HT is left alone and the PixelClock is between 230 - 240 you can adjust the VT and Freq to get what ever you want ;)
