Samsung 4K TV AU9000 unlock @1440p 120Hz

Hello, I'm new to the forum. Last week my new AU9000, a 43-inch 4K TV has arrived. Its panel officially
supports @4K 60Hz VRR and @1080p 120Hz VRR. Since it's equipped with HDMI 2.0 i know there is bandwidth limitation.
I tried with CRU setting @1440p 120Hz (VRR off since with it i get very strange artifacts) and everything looks very blurry, it seems like vertical resolution has been halved. @1440p 60hz works perfectly fine.
Setting up the 120hz custom resolution i tried all the preset (even Reduced black), with no fortune. I think that's not a bandwidth problem as the screen is blurry even at lower custom resolution at 120hz. Is there something i am missing? What could i try?
