some time ago I bought a new Asus VG27AQ1A monitor. After 2 RMA attempts (first one was because the monitor would turn off on its own after about 2 hours of usage and the second one because of horrible backlight bleeding + the same issue as the first one) I finally thought that Asus finally had sent me a good unit, but after some gaming I noticed that there were some sort of artifacts when looking around in games (visible lines in white textures). After reading about inversion artifacts I tried the inversion artifact test on lagom and noticed that all the boxes except 6a and 6b are flickering when scrolling up and down, but not changing colors. Also when opening one of the patterns I noticed that the whole screen shows horizontal lines when the pattern is displayed (some pictures attached).
I don't know if this is normal or not or if these even are inversion artifacts. I have read that inversion artifacts are only really a thing on TN and VA and not on IPS panels.
Should I try to RMA the monitor or give up trying because I will get a defective unit again?
When the pattern is not on screen: And when the pattern is shown in the left corner of the screen: In the pictures the difference looks very miniscule, but in reality the screen looks like an old tv when the pattern is displayed.
I appreciate any help and thanks in advance.
Ps.: sorry for my english its not my mother tongue
