Finally discovered the source of my unexplicable problems [WITH IMAGES]

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

Do you have grounding in your house? How many days did you test after you fixed it? Could you make a gameplay video?
No, i dont have. Here where i live the neutral wire coming from energy company is already grounded, but protection grounding my house dont have(yet). I think its around 2 month, and still perfectly fine. Yup, ill try to do a gameplay video soon as possible. :)
Can you make a detailed restoration video for us?

Thank you for sharing your story! If you don't mind me asking, where did you see that the live and neutral were fused together? Because as far as electricity goes, if this happens, then the electricity will have a closed loop with nothing to limit the current from flowing other than the quality of the supply cables and the transformer's rated current. So either the 2 supply wires start burning insanely hot causing a fire, or the feeding transformer shuts down. even a partial fuse would cause one of the two.

On another note, the damage you see on your distribution board on the 2 red wires and the breaker, is mostly one of 3 things;
1st, Could be load mismatching on that circuit and/or the breaker has expired, which means it no longer cuts the power above its rated amperage.
2nd, the good old fashioned daisy chaining a distribution board's phase supply might've done the damage. Daisy chaining the breakers feeder line causes significant voltage drops across other breakers which forces your appliances to pull more current to maintain their normal operation levels! More current = more heat. Busbars are the better choice.
Last but definitely not least, a loose connection, which means the wires were not firmly connected to that breaker.

Regardless, I'm glad that it worked out for you at the end.

As u can see, the left side is the 3 wires that comes from street pole and connect to my house meter. Then this 3 wires goes out by the right side and goes straight to my house panel distribuition, the major problem was on the green mark, these two wires was literally fused, melted and heating. The main circuit breaker didn't trip even once, it probably caught fire there due to the black mark. The old meter was lower, as you can see from the markings. I asked my electrician and the electricians from CPFL (company in the city), when they came to fix it, how there was still power in the whole house, even with this problem, and none of them were able to explain it properly. LOL

These two black wires connected to the breakers come directly from the meter, they feed all the breakers through the branch wires (red wires marked by the blue box). Because of the problem that happened in the meter, all these branch wires were also damaged. The electricians from CPFL (city company) fixed the meter and my electrician fixed this panel in the house. He changed the branch wires, put terminals on the end to make a good connection. In the quote I made below from "Thatweirdinputlag" I give more details about the other part. Note: the green square is where the energy leaves the breakers and goes to the outlets, shower, etc.

Following your post, I found the experience very similar, I also went through the same level in brazilian scene 2015~16~17, I'm also from Brazil and would like to facilitate contact to answer questions, could you provide me with your gc or steam profile?

Not gonna lie, that is weird. I assumed the wires coming from the transformer are the ones that were melted together not the ones coming out of the main breaker to your house! That's actually funny lol, as they literally charge you for that breaker once you order a meter for your house! That breaker has to be issued by them, in some places you can change it, others won't allow that until and inspector comes and checks if you can use a higher amperage one. So I think they didn't want to reply, so that you don't start asking them to pay for the issues "fire burns etc", plus your house panel that got burned because of it.

wait i still don't get it, wouldnt fuzing live and neutral together cause some sort of short circuit? and how did your stuff in your house work for all these years?

also can it be so that poco messes up with live/neutral somewhere in between the transformer and our houses e.g. bad insulation, bad installation of neutral/ground, bad "deadly earthed neutral" in come countries etc. so we're experiencing the same effect basically?

glad you've sorted it out though

Sry for bad english, sorry for my mic. Im learning how to play valorant, I know some game professionals who came from CS ( LEV aspas are one of them) and I'm thinking about migrating to this game, maybe one day I'll start streaming and be a good player
