Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

I think is more related to the UTP cable change than UPS change.. I changed my Ethernet cable and every time i move it or move the router, sensibility changes after 1 hour or 2 on the computer.
Could be, I believe it's both but more UPS side.
My PC doesn't change anymore, it's consistent.

Have you tried without the ups ? or vice-versa without the ethernet cable ? to see if you can find what is making a difference specifically.

Ethernet didn't fix it but definitely helped.
After plugging the UPS my PC felt better and better every day untill it finally settled in and now everything is working perfectly fine.
So yeah UPS was the solution for me. I don't wanna experiment anymore as everything has been working perfectly fine.

Valorant. Currently due to not having that much time to play, I'm in Immortal 3.

You're still doing good OP? BTW what ethernet cables did you buy? Cat5 ones work like trash for me, cat6 gave me instant, noticeable and permanent improvement (still not perfect). Got cat8 now but no difference, maybe because both cables are foiled and isolated already, they are also thick and hard to twist.

Yeah everything is perfect still.
I'm using a PANDUIT UTP cat6 24AWG for my PC and also bought the same one to connect my routers with each other.
I was told to not use s/ftp aka shielded cables indoors, because they create interference if not installed correctly.
Cat8 was bad for me, bad it was a "fake" one so it makes sense.
Currently ranking up after the episode change. (Immortal 300-500rr mmr)

Is your ups only for PC, or do you also plug in other electrical appliances (router...monitor...)?

UPS comes with 2 cable adapters that you can plug your Pc/monitor.
If you want to add anything else you need to buy aftermarket adapter.
I have my PC,Monitor and my routers on the UPS.
