You mentioned enemies were prefiring you and you had no reaction time ? That problem has solved now ?

Thats insane. I will have to look into this as im facing the same problem since years now. Nothing helped. Changed isps, hardware, nothing helps. Yes, in my case, that fixed all my issues. Probably this is not the problem of 99% of u guys, i'm just shared my history and maybe could help someone.
