I am not 100 percent sure . Try to search but i think if you set 99 percent then cpu turn off all overclock features.

Could any 13900k owners on windows 11 try Power Saving power plan and see if games feel more responsive? thanks.

I think it's something psychological , it also happens to me , there are days when I hit everything and most of the time nothing , what if you feel that the mouse is with lag and delay . I have read a lot and this is a real mystery and unsolvable problem , not only happens in overwatch , it happens in all ga

Yes, I've tried all of those, performs very bad for me, I've even had a new CPU+Motherboard, been having issues with it for 3 years now.
Could you tell me what motherboard and RAM kit your using?
Power saving feels much snappier to me, and shots are less delayed, time to 360 feels alot less also, on ultimate etc it feels dragged out, like the frames are delayed or something, I'm not sure why, on power saving I get lower 1% lows and fps spikes, I'm playing at 240hz, the game is Overwatch.
I'll record 2 videos later and show the difference, thanks for always been helpful Slender.

Re: Input lag or something else?
I have Asus z790-e, 7200Mhz DDR5 cl34, also tested 6000mhz cl30, and PG259QN @240hz because its more snappy, 360hz never felt good for me. I have ecores/HT off, and sometimes threaded optimization on/off.
I haven't had time to play recently, so this video has ecores on, ht on, threaded optimization on, I have no muscle memory at all left as its constantly changing, but this is an example of it being bad, and its mainly like a shot delay, and also aiming frames just feel dragged out, And previously (years ago now) it was always very snappy and instant, now nothing feels instant or fluid, it feels like im behind, my sensitivity should also be much higher/snappy, but this is how it always is, just dragged out and very slow, it feels and looks so forced and impossible to play.
I play in all low settings, 75% render distance @ 1080p 240hz, 5250 edpi.

the last build I had no problems with is i7-9700kf / asus z370 tuf and 1080ti, It would be nice to try playing on this hardware again.

Re: Input lag or something else?
Yes, my old was PC 9700k/10700k and a 2080 with maximus VIII hero, I don't remember ever having issues as bad as this where I thought to myself that the games are completely unplayable, The problem is it changes from day to day depending on settings, sometimes its super blurry, sometimes it like my sensitivity has halfed, And I always have the slight shot delay even though it sometimes looks instant, and I can never get it feeling good or how it should be/was, (super snappy and instant/fluid), And the only setting I have different now is low latency mode off, because it doesn't work too well with OW2, on OW1 it was fine, but ive experimented with it on/off and theres no change, even something as simple as a different power plan changes the speed of my sensitivity.
This is another video for reference, my ingame settings remains the same as last video, but this time (ecores/ht off, threaded optimization auto, ultimate powerplan), ignore my awful aim, I haven't been able to play well/consistent for a veryyy long time, the shots do look instant, but they are in fact not, could be because its recorded at 60fps, and im on 240hz, I might try windows 10 again some time and see if that fixes anything.

i think it is e-cores issue. we need sell this trash for intelboy fan and buy normal cpu like 9700x / 9700x3dSynnx90 wrote: ↑29 Jul 2024, 03:29Yes, my old was PC 9700k/10700k and a 2080 with maximus VIII hero, I don't remember ever having issues as bad as this where I thought to myself that the games are completely unplayable, The problem is it changes from day to day depending on settings, sometimes its super blurry, sometimes it like my sensitivity has halfed, And I always have the slight shot delay even though it sometimes looks instant, and I can never get it feeling good or how it should be/was, (super snappy and instant/fluid), And the only setting I have different now is low latency mode off, because it doesn't work too well with OW2, on OW1 it was fine, but ive experimented with it on/off and theres no change, even something as simple as a different power plan changes the speed of my sensitivity.
