Crosstalk setting for least amount of input lag

what? None of this makes sense. I have xl2566k, what am I supposed to put the crosstalk area to, the value is between 0 and 100, right now its on 15 with persistance on 10. If i set the crosstalk area to 100, it is a little clearer but not by much but is this fine to use despite when i first opened the app it was set to 15. I dont even know what this does because i dont see any crosstalk or ghostin
