Zowie XL2540 Issue

Zowie XL2540 Issue

I have xl2540 for almost 5 years now, I notice that bottom panel is hotter then upper. The left bottom corner being hottest 36 degrees celcius and making some beeping sound. The upper right is coolest 28 degrees. If you have the same model tell me if its normal please.

And when iam behind monitor i can feel like burned plastic smell but its not that intense.
