Do you have any physical health problems? Pinched nerves? Tooth fillings?
No, just willing to throw my PC over the window due to dying against noobs to whom I can't even react to.
You ever bring your setup to a gaming center and tried it there? Or just brought your mouse and used their PC's
When I play on PC and peripherals I never touched before there is no issue, smooth gameplay, spray was very easy to control, sound had really nice, cosy depth plus I could locate my enemies easily, I had precise movement, no more bumping into walls, no more desync. When I brought and connected my headsets and mouse gaming's centre PC I had bad gameplay just like on my own PC.

BTW my brother playing CS on his laptop had no issues while playing in our home.

literally same
+ changing locations, ISPs, tweaks, new accounts, new PC parts etc. did not make any difference. There was no improvement whatever I did but for some reason even unexperienced players can play without issues on my PC. Sounds like madness but it is like it is.
you need to take into how long they have been playing on your PCs, which PCs they have. Maybe they are not sensitive to this problem, maybe your pcs are vastly superior to their PCs (360hz vs 144hz)
In the case when another person is playing at your PC, there is a perception.
my friend with the same problem came to me and checked my PC, he said that I had no problems compared to his setup, although I knew that something was wrong with my PC.
Do you have delay on your phone ?
IDK because i dont play on phone, but i think my oneplus 9rt is not true 120hz (but it can be firmware / bad android), im see some 120hz screens it more smoother then my.

I remember I was invited to a lan in my city, I knew that I was the best in this city. The first game was perfect (I was on my mouse). The second game trampled me into nothingness. I went through all 9 other PCs and it was completely different.

You ever test your outlet with an EMI meter? Have you tried using EMI filters?

only ups with double conversion.
yes i have tester, it shows 1800mv avg.
im disconnect all devices from socet, it show 1400-1500mv.
also im test it in 2 places:
1) flat, it show 100-200, when tv is on it going up to 1400mv.
2) house, it show 100-300, but a lot of devices like 4 tv and 2 air cooler is on.

Im debating on buying the Greenland EMI filters to see if the Noise is causing the delay... Ive bought so much stuff on Amazon for this stupid issue and im tired of returning everything back
