tattoo ink contains lots of heavy metals and they could be masked as an antenna which interferes with the signaling

Nothing wrong with brainstorming solutions, the obvious solutions have already been tried, and all failed. Atp anything could be causing the issue

Its your bad chi energy and low vibration causing lag. You can regulate it with proper breathing but lomg term fix needs therapy + trauma release excercizes
