Hi there,
My Zowie 2586X has No Signal Detected (NSD) issue all the time when I set 540hz.
This issue happens in couple circumstances:
1) Boot PC: When I boot the PC, the monitor will show up ASUS motherboard logo, then display NSD with black image. I either wait for a while (30-90 seconds) or reboot the monitor to get the image back into windows.
2) Counter-Strike 2 (Fullscreen with 4:3 stretch): When I login/exit the game, it has high probability that NSD happen. In addition, if I want to adjust video setting, this issue happen again. Sometimes, I even get the problem during the game match.
However, once I change the refresh rate to 499/360/240 Hz, this issue will not happen. The system run smoothy when I boot pc or in Counter-Strike 2.
My PC Specs:
OS: Windows 11 (up to date version)
CPU: Intel 13900k
GPU: Zotac Nvidia RTX 4080 16G
Ram: 6000 MT/s 32G(16*2)
MB: ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi
Can anyone who has 540 Hz monitor help me fix the issue?
Appreciate!

Re: [Help] XL2586X Issue
Are you using the cable that came with the monitor? Other cables might work correctly at such a high refresh rate.

Re: [Help] XL2586X Issue
Yes, I'm using the original cable including in box.
I sent my pc to Micro Center, the technician re-imaged the windows to normal. This solution fix the issue of No Signal Detected (NSD), although we didn't figure out what caused the problem.
For those who had NSD Issue like me, do not participate Windows Insider Program to fix the issue. It may not solve the problem. In addition, you're OS system will not work functionally. Based on my experience, I got to re-image windows to normal. However, after re-writing the Windows, I solve the NSD problem.
Thank you for taking time to troubleshoot.
