Timer Resolution from 15ms to 1ms [Turn 60Hz-feel into 240Hz-feel on 240Hz]

Hi can someone tell me what value should i put in "Intelligent standby list cleaner" (ISLC) so i am using windows 10 22H2 19045,as you see in screenshot below my "Wanted timer resolution" is set to 0,but when i do the trick from this video https://youtu.be/4VknzAMjPxE?t=484
everything changes.Also i forgot to mention i have Asus mb and i have HPET off,also keep in mind that like the guy from the video said if you have windows 10 you have to have islc running and "dpclat.exe".If you dont run it both,it will not work, also is this placebo or it works

1709, 1803 latest w10 with good working timer and qpc based on base cpu freq.
yes, you need always open dpc.lat.cheker for correctly working any timer resolution on w10.
you just need find best value for your setup.

nice tool. i was wrong about 0.5033.
0.5034 is better (w10 / w11 same).
but 0.5033 shows 0-1us timer latency in latency moon (kernel test), 0.5034 shows 27-28us.

Amazing latency results, what more did you do? Windows 10?

In your case disable HPET and power saving in windows-

i disable hpet in bios asus mb it was hidden i use scewin and i uninstall it device manager,i dont have any bcedit and with "bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes" it gets worse.this power plan has only idle disabled i think,about idle disabled i heard its bad,i have script for enable idle and disable idle before going in game.

if w11 you can just use 1 .reg and forget it.
