Device firmware re-flash gave positive effect

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

This means the problem is in the power supply of the PC (or monitor), there can be no other options. The image on your screen is slow. You running faster than your monitor can display. Keyboard and mouse movement not synchronized with the image.
So power supply doesn't affect offline? I don't know exactly where is the problem, but if I have problem only online it must be something connected with the internet.

No way man.
I have same issue like SKILLEN and i did try different monitors and also external power suply for monitor powered with battery so i highly disagre with you there…
To Skillen try switch your monitor cable from DP to HDMI or HDMI to DP and go play your game asap - share results if anything change at least for short time…

server affect on input / output, ok.
It's very strange that you came to this conclusion.
find a server with 200 ping and 50 ping, I'll bet all my money that the feel of the mouse input and the smoothness of the monitor will be identical.

Guys, I want to add something else that gave a very positive effect on the precision mouse, this is disabling MSI Mode and changing the priority to undefined.

It depends. When we talk about turning left or right, that's independent of the server and will be the same for everyone. But when it comes to Mouse1 (the attack button), someone has to die. That only happens when the server allows it, and the timing will be different on a 200ms server compared to a 50ms one. No one here cares about mouse movement; everyone is upset because they're saying, "I shot first, but they didn't die." They think they're the next S1mple, but the desync works against them. Yes, everyone is complaining about Mouse1 input lag, and that's controlled by the server. You'll understand this eventually, believe me.
