Device firmware re-flash gave positive effect

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

network not, server can. good luck with fix ;)
server affect on input / output, ok.
It's very strange that you came to this conclusion.
find a server with 200 ping and 50 ping, I'll bet all my money that the feel of the mouse input and the smoothness of the monitor will be identical.
It depends. When we talk about turning left or right, that's independent of the server and will be the same for everyone. But when it comes to Mouse1 (the attack button), someone has to die. That only happens when the server allows it, and the timing will be different on a 200ms server compared to a 50ms one. No one here cares about mouse movement; everyone is upset because they're saying, "I shot first, but they didn't die." They think they're the next S1mple, but the desync works against them. Yes, everyone is complaining about Mouse1 input lag, and that's controlled by the server. You'll understand this eventually, believe me.
I'm talking only about mouse movement.. I have no delay when i press mouse 1.
Do you mean that you start moving the mouse, but the screen stays static and only starts moving after a short delay? Is that correct?

Its very difficult for me to explain it even in my native language. But something like this yes, similar to vertical sync but not that severe. And its much worse when i'm trying to point the enemy , its like something doesn`t allow me to move my crosshair.

Every comment on this account is also about you cheating.
It looks like I was right, and you definitely have a problem with skill if you need cheats to play well, nice proof mate ROFL.
