Do you mean that you start moving the mouse, but the screen stays static and only starts moving after a short delay? Is that correct?SKILLEN wrote: β07 Oct 2024, 04:48I'm talking only about mouse movement.. I have no delay when i press mouse 1.ahead wrote: β07 Oct 2024, 04:46It depends. When we talk about turning left or right, that's independent of the server and will be the same for everyone. But when it comes to Mouse1 (the attack button), someone has to die. That only happens when the server allows it, and the timing will be different on a 200ms server compared to a 50ms one. No one here cares about mouse movement; everyone is upset because they're saying, "I shot first, but they didn't die." They think they're the next S1mple, but the desync works against them. Yes, everyone is complaining about Mouse1 input lag, and that's controlled by the server. You'll understand this eventually, believe me.

This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

Its very difficult for me to explain it even in my native language. But something like this yes, similar to vertical sync but not that severe. And its much worse when i'm trying to point the enemy , its like something doesn`t allow me to move my crosshair.ahead wrote: β07 Oct 2024, 05:00Do you mean that you start moving the mouse, but the screen stays static and only starts moving after a short delay?
