Guys, anyone able to assist with this?
When I enable DSR I lose my previous customised resolution (so 100Hz @ 1500VT). I can do 120Hz no issues but no luck with VT as it doesn't allow entry in there. EVGA Precision is still showing Pixel Clock @ 312 but I have no idea what that means except it matches what 1500VT does.
So.. does anyone know how to get 1500VT back? Obviously the monitor is way too dark, raising persistence fixes that but is that really the only option?

Try CRU instead. I'm using that to overclock my monitor and my modes work fine with DSR:

Remove all your custom modes from nvidia control panel and create them in CRU. You need to reboot afterwards. Export the modes so you have a backup since upgrading nvidia drivers resets the modes.

The problem is that CRU only allows 4 custom resolutions, while I currently have around 20 in the Nvidia CP. And I need one or the other depending on the game.RealNC wrote:Try CRU instead. I'm using that to overclock my monitor and my modes work fine with DSR
At least DSR works fine for 3D Vision, but I have to disable DSR after I'm finished.
Edit: by trial and error, I discovered that while custom resolutions are disabled in the NCP, those refresh rates are still available in Windows itself.

Re: Nvidia 344.48 DSR + Blur Reduction + VT fix
Thanks guys but I'm losing my sanity here, I can't be the only one with a problem now.
I've used Precision 16 as it allows OV and OCing with my 780TI Classy, without using the Classified tool. I've used the 100Hz@1500VT and Blur tool with no issues todate.
I then installed this Nvidia driver and I now know I can't modify my profile anymore as mentioned in the first post - but it's gotten worse. To be clear, I had not changed anything prior to this.
After playing few games, I pressed default on Precision 16 to bring down the clocks/volts and I got an immediate black screen - out of range error, I have no idea why. The only way to fix this was to put in my other monitor (xl2410T) and uninstall the driver and precision. Now I got my screen back on xl2411Z.
But, I'm now in a situation that I can't even set 1500VT when not using DSR. When I do that, I get a black screen - all is working and there is no "out of range error" - but I don't have a screen. It's just black?
Losing sanity and going a bit crazy, this isn't that hard. I've also tried 1200VT and it gives the same results: black screen but not "out of range".
add: I did try CRU but as I didn't see any difference I stopped using it and the above started happening afterwards - I have ran the "reset-all" which I assumed set everything back to default?

Re: Nvidia 344.48 DSR + Blur Reduction + VT fix
Finally some good news, got CRU working and I "think" I know what the problem was. By default it's set to positive on both where-as if you set it via Nvidia one of them is negative. I made them match and rebooted - brightness was now back to VT1500 levels.
DSR enabled.. now I just hope to god I don't run into the other problem.
Thanks for the CRU link, fixed the main problem!
