out of Curiosity can Everybody who reads this thread and suffers from ether Heavy/Floaty/tooSlow/tooFast/Mouse just write which SSD brand and AMD or Intel System he or she got? I kinda wanna know if its Samsung related...

For me Heavy mouse have always been related to my Ram timings and stability. I would make sure to check if XMP is on. If its on I would recommend you to try different timings.
For me Command Rate 1T was always the correct choice. (2T is default).
Some other things you can try is running the game by Enabling/Disabling the following
1. Game Mode
2. Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling
3. Windowed Game Mode Optimization
4. SuperFetch
5. VBS (DISABLE THIS)
Make sure you have ultimate Performance turned on while gaming.
Most importantly Debloat Windows. Try CTT and Wintoys.
