I have a weird problem. G-SYNC is turning off by itself after about 1-2 min or even less after i enter some of my games.
I install newest nvidia drivers using DDU without nvidia app and geforce experience. Pure clean drivers.
After that i turned on my GSYNC for fullscreen games. (tried fullscreen+borderless it didn't worked)
Than i changed my vsync in nvcpl panel to enabled
FPS limit is 157(i have 165hz monitor MSI G273Q).
I enabled GSYNC indicator.
While entering the game my monitor overlay shows that gsync is working fine and i have nvidia gsync indicator in my right upper corner.
After a while nvidia gsync indicator dissapeares and my monitor overlay show fixed 165hz numbers and i feel that my gameplay is not smooth at all, weird screen tearing and so on.
After that when i alt tab from the game and alt tab in the game again GSYNC starts to work normally.
But after 30 secs or more it turns off itself again.
What i do wrong?
Windows 11 24h2
Nvidia 3080 10GB
Ryzen 5600x
32GB DDR4 3600mhz ram
Driver version: 566.36
GAMES:
Arena Breakout Infinite and Delta Force
p.s. hunt showdown also
Maybe i need to change something in windows itself?

Re: G-SYNC turning off mid game.
Whenever g-sync is acting up like this on a fresh machine I make sure to disable it in the monitor osd, then restart it, or even power cycle the pc, then enable it back. There's some reinitialisation that happens, try that.

UPDATE: Seems like new nvidia drivers are messing with gsync. i installed old one 552.44 and now it's fixed. And working very smoothly unlike other driver versions. Weird
