i did play without any acc using the option in windows settings
but this one just made it way better.

when moving the spray really hard to fix, ig there still same acc there to cause this

use fixed memory timing in bios - do after memory is working with the xmp or the tunning u found

Still FSR happened to eliminate stutters quite much i think
tried few resolutions
1600x900 - PCL - 7-8ms
FHD - PCL - Same
4K - PCL - 12-15ms

disabling FSR doesnt seem to reduce PCL
but stutters comes back even in 1600x900
