viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12484&hilit=asm3142 If you get this, manually install the ASM3142 driver instead of the Microsoft driver like in the link I gave. This also applies to AMD Chipsets for example. You will get lower latency when you install it yourself instead of the Microsoft driver.
