Hello guys, I am writing a post for the 3rd time about the fact that on my expensive PC with an overclocked BIOS there is no smoothness in games at all, the picture is cracking, tearing, the textures are as if they are washing and walking, night comes, 3-4 in the morning and suddenly the picture becomes smooth, responsive, smooth, the mouse feels very light, but the visual feedback is gray, sometimes it cracks, then it is static
I reinstall Windows almost every week, but everything is the same, I changed the processor and motherboard 3 times, but everything is the same, I don’t know what to do, maybe someone knows something, I tested it on Ryzen and on Intel

Provide a comprehensive and detailed description of your entire hardware and software stack, as the information you've given so far is too vague for us to assist you effectively.
