Basically title, brand new built pc. No matter what I do, i've enabled FSO, MPO, valorant running in fullscreen still shows its running in hardware composed flip, NOT hardware independant flip.
I know this is bad for input delay and the game feels stuttery and shit. What else Can I try, someone told me on discord that presentmon is just wrong.
PresentMon shows composed flip with valorant no matter what I do
Re: PresentMon shows composed flip with valorant no matter what I do
Do you have Discord running in the background? Disable its overlay.
Having videos running in a browser can also mess with MPOs.

Were you using the PresentMonGUI or the CLI? Because the latter is what's preferred for troubleshooting a game's flip mode.99muppets wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025, 09:50Basically title, brand new built pc. What GPU, NVidia driver and Windows version were you using?
If I recall correctly, the GUI of PresentMon has a bug which reports composed flip. There's an open issue on Github
