xiaomi g pro 27i miniled monitor

hello, i recently purchase this miniled monitor and its amazing but i have a few issues that perhaps someone can help me out with.
the monitor has something called "response time" in the monitor OSD it goes from standard, fast, faster to fastest, im unsure what it does to the screen while gaming.
so im wondering why not ask the experts on monitors, ¿what would it be the suggested response time which im assuming its like an overdrive for my monitor?

i have a rtx 4070 incase its needed to be mentioned.
