input really better with default ram settings.
my ram is 3600cl14-14-14-34 and def jedec 2133 work a lot better about mouse input.

I remember reading somewhere that sometimes Intel doesn’t like 14-14-14 and instead prefers 15-15-15. I wonder if that’s still accurate today?

i think it because default uses 1.2v vs 1.45v.
that is clearly power issue.

My PC specs

i9 10900f, RX 6750 XT, 32 GB RAM, 750 Watt PSU

I had the same issue as you. My old PC was great, but my FPS is limited
OLD PC specs (i5 7500, GTX 1050 ti, 8 GB, 500 Watt PSU)

I built a PC for my sister,
i7 10700k, RTX 3060, 32 GB RAM, 800 Watt PSU (My sister lives in a different place)
her PC was soo smooth... games I tested (Apex, Warzone, Fortnite, Valorant, CS, and OW)

Important Thing:
In her place, the 800 PSU got busted, so we had to buy a UPS.
IDK why that happened, maybe it's cuz of the electricity
I replaced my whole PC... sold my RX 6750 XT and bought a 3070, changed 3 ISP, no change
I took my sister's PC and ran it in my place, I had the same issue on her PC as well.

I have a fix:

I cant post the link... soo

Try this

1)Afterburner has an OC Scanner option. I believe Precision and Gpu Tweak have the same program. Open AB, click OC Scanner, then click Scan and wait for it to finish. [Took around 35mins for me the last few times I ran it.]
2)When the Scanner is finished, click Apply on the main HUD, then save the profile to one of the numbered buttons(for quick access). After, you click the reset button, then click Revert in OC Scanner.
3)Run benchmark/game using gpu's default profile. Record, or write down what it gets.
4)Apply the saved profile from the Scanner, click the unlink button(chain link icon), enter a lower value in the Power Limit box, and click Apply.
[This step will need to be repeated until you match your card's performance at default. Use intervals of 5 and 10%, to save some time. For my 1080Ti, I found it at 80% - this doesn't mean it's the same for your card, but it might be a start.]
5)Once you've found a match, save it to a numbered profile. Don't forget to click the Reset button when finished. Done.
