I need some opinions on ReBar/Above 4G

I am currently working on a Project at university and need some opinions on whether you see/noticed a difference between ReBar/Above 4G on and off. If yes, in what game/s and what difference do you feel.

So you can search in this forum somewhere i did a benchmark with off and with on,the fps and 0.1 did not change,but the user in the topic tell me to turn it off,so i have above 4g decoding and resize bar off,the only thing this thing change is this in the bottom,when i enable 4g and resize bar,it goes from 256 to 8gb,my vc i rx 580 rog,btw i dont know why this program shows that i have resizebar enabled in bios,i have it off.
