first of all @Jadzira thanks for keeping your promise and updating the main post on the first page,so i will just shoot in the dark,maybe you try it maybe not,my point is if you can enter your router settings,go in there and there so many tweaks/settings in there to change turn off etc,but first do basic tweaks and mtu 1500,also maybe you said you have tried many pc parts etc,but did you change router ? also i will give another shot to try my settings,i have on board nic realtek 2.5,go msi mode off,and i bind my nic to core 5,so if you want try my settings apply them restart pc ,and then go and test.router settings,nic settings,nic to core 5(i dont use smt) so if you are using it,then you how to bind it i guess.also i show how my mtu is 1500,and i only change it in router settings i think.

how can you use the buffers at 16 and 18 and still have applications work? I tried changing it, but many programs won’t open—Discord, Epic Games, etc

i dont have any problem,with discord programs.browser games,my max ping is 21 in premier,and i pay 5 euro for internet,maybe you have intel nic,and i have onboard realtek 2.5.

I'm also currently struggling with this issue. I got a new PC a week ago (9800x3d 5070 32gb) and I have been playing at my absolute worst. I used to play on a 144hz laptop with lots of frame issues and I could perform better. The issue could be anything, so I really don't know where to look. I've tried some stuff, but none worked.

The issue is that my opponents see me faster than I see them. And it's not a ping-related difference of around 20-30ms, but rather 150-200ms.

This might be because of bufferbloat? Correct me if I'm wrong thanks.

try to experiment with ur ssd no mask aswell and make sure ur msi util isnt puting anything other than ur nvmw on high(if i use the driver from the mobo it gets put on high and if i use the latest driver from realtek its undefined this is some sort of anomaly), yes you can use nvclean the closest thing that i got to true 1:1 feel its just a normal windows install but every one of ur driver has to be updated from the start (gpu,nic,hell even chipset if u consider u need them) i play a lot of fps games at a high level im always searching to get the most, i suggest just give it a try inject the latest drivers for anything u have in ur pc into a new iso (i can help) update windows, do the basic stuff in the windows settings basic nvidia/amd gpu settings and you should be good to go.

the reason i say do a new windows install with NEWEST injected drivers its because maybe there is some sort of conflict inside windows with updating drivers/windows updates i may be wrong but give it a try i will provide benchmarks soon if someone wants them especially my 0.1% lows are way better I used ddu and nvcleanstall and they not compare in terms of fps latency feeling with correct driver by microsoft

I apologize for the late reply. I forgot that I had an account on this.
My bufferbloat sinds around B to A- with mostly a lot of download latency jitter (around 10ms or so) - sometimes it's lower.
Ping is 17-25.
This is all TCP though - UDP is what matters for val. I'm on wifi though, but it wasn't an issue on my laptop.
