I don't care.
broken scaling cause of heavy/floating mouse, desync, heavy car bug, input lag etc

I often do not clearly state my thoughts. google translate is far from perfect. And in addition to the translator, I myself am mistaken. Do not take me seriously.

enable “fullscreen windowed” mode for all games, select “no scaling” option in nvidia, if the problem goes away, the problem is in scaling.DanGamesTwitch wrote: ↑09 May 2025, 14:16Hi, for the past 3-4 years, I've been struggling with a problem of an unclear and choppy image. It feels like there’s not enough FPS in games, but the FPS is stable at 600-900 depending on the game. I also notice excessive screen shaking when shooting, and the screen blurs too much during turns, making it hard to see anything. It feels like there’s a blur effect applied, along with a sensation of increased recoil in games. I’ve tried all settings and tweaks; four people have configured my BIOS, but nothing has changed. My monitor is a Zowie BenQ XL2546. I live in new buildings with good electricity supply. I’ve changed my PC three times but haven’t changed the monitor. There are no visual problems with the monitor, but all games feel either smooth or as if they’re running at 60 Hz, plus heavy character movement feels sluggish.

Apex (300 FPS)
Warzone (250-290 FPS)

There is no smooth image in games at all.
Please tell me if there could be a problem with the monitor. Has anyone encountered something similar?
you can try to connect your monitor via hdmi, sounds weird but just try it
do a frameskipping test for your monitor, post your results here

I connected via hdimi, everything is the same, and I bought a display port for $54, it's super cool, there's no difference at alln1ghtik wrote: ↑12 May 2025, 00:57enable “fullscreen windowed” mode for all games, select “no scaling” option in nvidia, if the problem goes away, the problem is in scaling.DanGamesTwitch wrote: ↑09 May 2025, 14:16Hi, for the past 3-4 years, I've been struggling with a problem of an unclear and choppy image. there are night improvements, and not always at 4-5 in the morning, everything suddenly becomes smooth and very clear, I thought it might be the Internet, but I tried everything I could, network cards and routers for $450, but the providers can't make fiber optics for me in the apartment, only to the entrance, and a LAN cable in the house

there are no frame drops on the monitor and no fps drops, I tested everything I could and asked people with virtus pro and team spirit to look at my pc bios-windows-components are all in order, processor-RAM pass any tests and everything shows stably, I also thought maybe I bought a new montech titan gold 1000 power supply but there is no difference at alln1ghtik wrote: ↑12 May 2025, 00:57enable “fullscreen windowed” mode for all games, select “no scaling” option in nvidia, if the problem goes away, the problem is in scaling.DanGamesTwitch wrote: ↑09 May 2025, 14:16Hi, for the past 3-4 years, I've been struggling with a problem of an unclear and choppy image. Re: broken scaling cause of heavy/floating mouse, desync, heavy car bug, input lag etc
Hi, i also had something wrong with my scaling/monitor but after i found some CRU video from youtube and i did what the video said my games felt normal again. I can't post urls here so video name is "This UNKNOWN Monitor Tweak REDUCES Input Lag!" by Khorvie Tech
After this i was finally able to play games like valorant/cs2. Im not saying this will work for everyone but im glad it did for me. My monitor is HP Omen X 25f if thats relevant.

Re: broken scaling cause of heavy/floating mouse, desync, heavy car bug, input lag etc
use correct scaling settings! for example my monitor only supports 1920x1080 @240hz and I set in nvidia panel display scaling to full screen and in monitor settings to full screen. (Never select “No Scaling” etc. Do everything according to these instructions.)
why not use GPU scaling? for some unknown reason some monitors don't work well with GPU scaling... I recommend using GPU scaling on benq zowie monitors. Without checkbox override scaling mode set by games and programs
