Receive segment coalescing: off
Transmit buffer: 8
Receive buffer: 4
MTU set to 1492
MSI limit set to 1, with MSI option ON and priority set to High
As for IGMP, it’s really a matter of trial and error. I left it that way because, I don’t know, I feel like it can’t get any better than how it’s working now. I don’t have hit registration issues, but I do still have some desync — although not as much since I changed the buffer settings

Regarding the MSI mode of the NIC, I saw some people say that disabling the MSI mode of the NIC greatly improved their shooting experience in the game. However, after testing it myself, I didn't notice much difference, so I decided to keep it in MSI mode.
The MSI mode of the GPU is very obvious to me. When my GPU is in MSI mode, my hit registration is very poor, and I encounter desync much more frequently, so I have set it to no MSI mode.
Currently, everything about MSI is still the same as the screenshots at the beginning of this article, nothing has changed.

In this WAN configuration, DMZ is not important; NAT will replace it. Additionally, I want to ask you,

why are you still switching to a new USB NIC?
I just tried it again, and for me, disabling the NIC's MSI mode makes it worse; the desync is more pronounced than when MSI mode is enabled,But their gap is not very large.
I don't know why this is the case. I noticed from others' reports that usually, disabling the NIC's MSI mode lessens the desync, but I experience the opposite.
