ok my UPNP is off too,i cant find:

"IPV6 in the optical modem"
"set my IP to DMZ"
" enabled NAT"
"configured the NAT type to: full cone NAT"

can you help me ?

In this WAN configuration, DMZ is not important; NAT will replace it.

why are you still switching to a new USB NIC?


I just tried it again, and for me, disabling the NIC's MSI mode makes it worse; the desync is more pronounced than when MSI mode is enabled,But their gap is not very large.
I don't know why this is the case. I noticed from others' reports that usually, disabling the NIC's MSI mode lessens the desync, but I experience the opposite.

For me,
rb tb low value = desync
nic not in msi mode = Desync
GPU in msi mode = Desync

In addition, I found an article that mentioned older C++ could cause desync issues and provided a tutorial. In the comments section, some people gave positive feedback after trying it. I also tried it, and it did have a positive effect, but it wasn't very obvious.

ok thanks so mine msi is almost the same like yours i turn off msi mode for gpu,yours is high and your nic is low why ? and thanks for sharing the router options i will try them today later.

A high GPU and low NIC is the priority I have determined through constant testing, and it may change in the future, but for now, it feels quite good.

You are in the right place.
Choose the connection you are currently using in the WAN section.Then check 'Enable nat' in the IPv4 information, and change the nat type to: Full Cone NAT.

I connect my PC directly to the optical modem, without going through a router.You can use NatTypeTester.exe to test whether your nat type is Full Cone NAT.

i buy usb nic because i read here is better,and it is,but you are not using usb nic you are using on board,so please try this for the last time,you feel msi off is not good because you have rss on,go turn off rss (or at least if you gonna use it,at least use it properly change maximumnumberofrssqueues from 1 to 4),so 1.turn off msi mode for nic 2.change priority to undefined 3.turn off rss in advanced 4.bind nic to core 5.restart pc 6.go in this program and post screenshot here to see that the nic is bin to a core ,i give you an example i have 7600x no smt,i was using this before the usb nic.
so this is how my pc looks like NOW,as you can see you cant see realtek 2.5gb because i disabled in bios and i am using usb nic,but before that nic was there i bind it to core 5(only core 5 was showing in this program after realtek 2.5g like nvme for example) ,and after that my friend cs2 was running smoothly.try it if you do exactly how i describe they must be diffrence 10000000%, also i use the latest realtek driver from the official site(no power saving driver i click on it) it was from 2025 i think!and everything in advanced disabled not like yours.

ok if you did this and you still dont like it then i will show you how it must looks your way.(second pic is for that case)

I will conduct more tests to check the desync with RSS turned on and off.

RSS , TASKOFFLOAD - DISABLED

I just completed multiple tests of turning the RSS on and off.
Conclusion: Turning off the RSS can alleviate some desync issues.
Additionally, The best combination on my PC is
RSS Turn on,——MSI mode—— low.
RSS off——not in MSI mode——undefined.

TASKOFFLOAD has not been tested yet.
