And if i set correctly, my game will run good, i mean no floaty mouse?
Yes, but it's important that certain conditions are met.

use correct scaling settings! for example my monitor only supports 1920x1080 @240hz and I set in nvidia panel display scaling to full screen and in monitor settings to full screen. (Never select “No Scaling” etc. Do everything according to these instructions.)
why not use GPU scaling? for some unknown reason some monitors don't work well with GPU scaling... I recommend using GPU scaling on benq zowie monitors.
correct scaling nvidia.jpg
Without checkbox override scaling mode set by games and programs
No scaling feels the best for myself and quite a few others in terms of input response. aspect and full never felt good, even when I didn't have the mouse issue.

Try using the no scaling option along with your monitor’s native resolution, which is 1920x1080, and then you won’t have those black bars on the sides or top.

True display scaling is only used when Scaling is set to 0 in HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration\<DisplayID>\00\00

Note: technically setting it to 2 ensures display scaling but 0 feels much better and it apparently disables scaling.

There is no meaning of broken/or not supported monitors from the start IF: it is marketing Monitor (which sells world wide), not used/malfunctioning/defects from factory.
Because, silicon valley - one big family, consumers monitors made on stardarts, it's not military devices or something. Crucial thing is things must be supported by your system, and you do not want to exceed supported parameters. Supported parametrs it is a meaning, include many things in it, one of it is if you connect to PC broken device - this will be "exceed supported parameters" and how after system will feel itself no one will predict that.
Monitor not runs itself, system runs it - that's crucial thing, and system not runs it from magic, there are standarts which must be fullfield, to achieve not only proper performance, but overall proper & correct system work with this connected periphery, dynamicly.
I think that i don't think

for me,it helped a lot with removing amd chipset drivers, even if i had 600-700fps (cs2) felt like 200,also uncheck scaling on monitor also i have an asus but the 480hz one(no gpu scaling option),an with scaling on its a disaster! also on the network driver make shure you pick an old one 2015-2016

Hi, for the past 3-4 years, I've been struggling with a problem of an unclear and choppy image. It feels like there’s not enough FPS in games, but the FPS is stable at 600-900 depending on the game. I also notice excessive screen shaking when shooting, and the screen blurs too much during turns, making it hard to see anything. It feels like there’s a blur effect applied, along with a sensation of increased recoil in games. I’ve tried all settings and tweaks; four people have configured my BIOS, but nothing has changed. My monitor is a Zowie BenQ XL2546. I live in new buildings with good electricity supply. I’ve changed my PC three times but haven’t changed the monitor. There are no visual problems with the monitor, but all games feel either smooth or as if they’re running at 60 Hz, plus heavy character movement feels sluggish.

CS2 (800 FPS)
Apex (300 FPS)
Warzone (250-290 FPS)

(PC)
R 77800X3D
RTX 4070 TI
DDR5 Team Group T-Create 6000
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2

(Monitor)
Zowie BenQ XL2546
Dyac Premium
AMA Premium

There is no smooth image in games at all.

Please tell me if there could be a problem with the monitor. Has anyone encountered something similar?
enable “fullscreen windowed” mode for all games, select “no scaling” option in nvidia, if the problem goes away, the problem is in scaling.

you can try to connect your monitor via hdmi, sounds weird but just try it

do a frameskipping test for your monitor, post your results here
there are no frame drops on the monitor and no fps drops, I tested everything I could and asked people with virtus pro and team spirit to look at my pc bios-windows-components are all in order, processor-RAM pass any tests and everything shows stably, I also thought maybe I bought a new montech titan gold 1000 power supply but there is no difference at all
Soo, you have big contacts in Industry. Why not bring them in person and record some YouTube video about our problem? :| :?

i had the same issue before, just sharing my experience here

1. completely delete everything from your cs2 steam cloud files. Here’s the link to your cloud storage:
https://store.steampowered./account/rem ... ?appid=730 your final result should look like attached screenshot (size of each file should be 0 bytes)

2. uninstall CS2 and also delete the local temp files in:
Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/(your steamID)/730/local
After that, disable steam cloud sync for cs2 permanently, better just turn off steam cloud globally in your profile settings, that feature is super buggy...

2. reset your monitor’s EDID data using CRU (just run reset-all.exe from the CRU folder).

3. reset your monitor to factory settings. After applying your custom settings, make sure any sync tech is turned off (adaptive sync, g-sync, freesync).

4. do a clean install of your NVIDIA drivers — doesn’t matter if it’s through DDU or manually.

5. NVCP post install: NVIDIA Control Panel 3D settings, manually disable vertical sync, g-sync, etc. Don’t touch GPU performance modes.

6. Disable Xbox DVR and Windows Game Mode entirely.

important: don’t mess with CPU priorities or core layouts for CS2 or anything related (like Faceit AC client, AC service, or Steam services).

tips on how to avoid client-side desynchronization in the future:

If the problem only happens when faceit AC is on, it might be overlay-related. faceit AC quietly launches the game in untrused mode — basically, when you launch with Faceit AC, it enables -allow_third_party_software.

it is better to reinstall the nvidia driver if you change the monitor or even change the type of monitor connection (alternate between different versions of hdmi, displayport).

personally, I don’t recommend changing EDID resolutions via CRU. A lot of people do it without reading the README. best way to avoid future desync problems: only use CRU for calculating timings. in other words - create a custom res in NVCP, but use timings copied from CRU.

also don’t recommend using any 3rd party process exploring software, he may be misleading you, some such programs retain their changes after closing.

one last thing I don’t recommend using the same desktop resolution as your in-game res.
How did you delete the files on steam cloud? (as you did on the screenshot).
