How to keep it steady

This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

It's better but not perfect. More stable. But maybe single channel RAM affects too. I only have 2 sticks of RAMs and I need to put 1 to other computer while trying this. Also I have mices connected to both computers, controlling with second PC feels more controlable. Less floaty.

I solved my problem. I had the neutral reversed in the PC power outlet. Get a multimeter and make sure the neutral is on the left side of the PC and monitor power cable and not the right side.

Dude. It shouldn't have any effect at all. If you have a normal place, your home.
If it makes you feel better - I've heard of that, a temporary effect

Re: How to keep it steady
Weirdest thing ever, I removed a small mirror that was behind my PC and the issue has minimized greatly for 2 days now
Re: How to keep it steady
The most Interesting thing and i think im not alone with that when say this...is that many started notice Issue somewhere in end of 2017 to 2018 and 2019 but before 2020...
I just have this feel and i dont think that im Crazy one...
I dont want believe in some Conspiracy shit but its very strange that it affect all us at almost same Timeline...and after more and more People start to join this and notice...
like many start to more talk about this all and the Issue they experience and which are sounds very similar and the problems...
But maybe im just a crazy Guy and this just all feelings and my own focus on things and such Problems and View and Perception.
Like wrong Reality...

That also solved my problem. It's no coincidence that there's a set order. Hot pin must go to hot pin, otherwise, there'll be a leak.
I had a leak in another breaker/circuit that infected the ground connection on my PC's circuit/breaker. Once I fixed that, the slow mouse stopped. Also, try connecting your PC and router to the same breaker. Don't connect your router to other devices outside the same breaker via Ethernet, and ground the Ethernet cable to a UPS before connecting your PC.
